A meeting was held at Shakhrisabz State Pedagogical Institute with representatives from the “HUMANS” telecommunications company and craft entrepreneurs. The discussion focused on developing local craftsmanship, increasing entrepreneurial potential, and involving young people in learning trades and skills. The event was attended by U. Sultonmurodov, a representative from “HUMANS,” craftswoman G. Choriyeva as part of the USAID-supported “Marifat Manbai” NGO project, and other artisans. U. Sultonmurodov provided information to the students about additional income opportunities and career prospects.

During the event, entrepreneurs shared their experiences, discussing the successes achieved through craftsmanship and the challenges they faced in this field. Additionally, the entrepreneurs emphasized the importance of preserving local production and national values, particularly through the application of modern technologies in the craft sector to improve product quality and expand export potential. The artisans also provided information about the benefits and support programs offered by the government.

For young entrepreneurs, training programs and workshops on transforming craftsmanship into business were planned. At the end of the meeting, participants exchanged ideas and agreed to develop future collaborations.
