Ilmurod Achilov, the Head of the Department of Affairs at Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute, participated in the 9th International Socrates Social Sciences Conference held at Istanbul Gelisim University in Turkey.

During the conference, a cooperation memorandum was signed between Shahrisabz State Pedagogical Institute and Gelisim University. This memorandum aims to strengthen mutual cooperation between the two higher education institutions, establish joint education programs including dual degree programs, and facilitate academic mobility for students, master's students, doctoral students, and teachers.
